Terms and Conditions of the First Circle Membership

FC NEXT Membership for First Circle members is the conceptual program to develop strong business relationships among entrepreneurs and business leaders from all sectors. In this program interested entrepreneurs and businessmen are trained about the value of networking for business success. A well-structured agenda helps the members to create a strong personal and business relationship, encouraging them to develop their business with mutual support from each other.

Interested entrepreneurs and businessmen can apply for FC NEXT Membership in a fair and transparent process. Membership is granted for a period of not exceeding 1 Year and is renewable annually, following comprehensive due diligence by the management of First Circle Society. First Circle reserves the right to grant, renew, or continue membership, and all decisions are made with fairness and impartiality.

After confirmation of membership, members can participate in the circle's regular meetings and the society's online and offline events. All members adhere to the rules and regulations issued by the FC NEXT Team and pay the prescribed fees. Members should maintain high standards of business ethics in dealing with fellow members and the business leads passed by other members while using the First Circle Next App.

The members’ cooperation is very important and voluntary. However, each member's performance is evaluated occasionally to ensure members gain from their membership and facilitate the growth of other members. 

First Circle designs and develops its programs, procedures, and events with the mutual benefit of members in mind. While First Circle is not responsible for any defects or deficiencies in the goods and services supplied by the members to other members, the intention is always to foster a supportive and beneficial environment for all members. 

Those who deal with members or business leads passed by members shall evaluate themselves and take appropriate measures according to their business. 

In case of any difference of opinion or conflict of interest or dispute among members or between members, First Circle about any matter, the decision of First Circle Society management shall be final and binding. First Circle reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time without assigning any reason. In case of cancellation of the membership, there will not be any refund of any fee contribution made by the member. Only competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have the jurisdiction.
