Thank you for choosing to become a member of the FC NEXT MEMBER. We value your membership and strive to provide exceptional benefits to our members. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of membership fees.

Membership Fees

Fees are collected for yearly membership and are non-refundable, except as provided in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

A refund of membership fees may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment:*  If a duplicate payment is made for the same membership, a refund for the duplicate amount will be provided.
• Error in Processing:* If an error occurs during the payment process, resulting in an incorrect charge, the organization will rectify the error and issue a refund if necessary.
• Early Termination by FCNEXT: FC NEXT terminates a membership without cause within the first 30 days of membership; a prorated refund may be issued.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide Information:*  Include your full name, membership ID, date of transaction, and the reason for your refund request.
• Review Process:*  Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

• Payment Method:*   Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
• Time Frame:*  Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Membership fees will not be refunded in the following situations:

• Voluntary Cancellation:*  If a member voluntarily cancels their membership after the initial 30-day period, no refund will be issued.
• Violation of Terms:* If a member's membership is terminated due to a violation of terms and conditions, no refund will be issued.
• Partial Use:*If a member has utilized any membership benefits, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining membership period.
